House Hunting Continues

Today we went to view the house in Royston and it is pretty incredible. It’s a really neat character house (built in the 40’s) with a great combination of original elements and new updates. The ocean views are pretty stellar as well. Now I’m trying not to get too excited about it because we have to get though the application process with the property management company first. Hopefully we will find out soon. If it works than sweet, if not there is a better fit for us.

In the mean time the search continues through as many different avenues as possible. I am so stoked about living in a house, especially because Randy and Ryan are going to be great roommates. Both are men of God and I can’t wait to see what I am going to learn from and experience with them. Please pray for us as we search.

Here are a few verses I’m claiming as I am being challenged to trust in new ways (Don’t you love being stretched? =D )

Matthew 6:31 “So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ or ‘Where shall we live?’ (I added that last part) For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Philippians 4:19 “And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.”
